Notes for a Better Life
Notes for a Better Life
A notebook with one prompt a week and a lot of blank space. There is no method to follow, nothing to score, and nothing to complete. The prompts are here because a blank page is intimidating and a question is not. Fifty-two original prompts, each with a facing page left deliberately empty, because some weeks the answer is three lines and some weeks the question opens something that needs room. They ask specific things rather than comfortable ones: what you are putting off and what it is costing you, what you are tolerating that you could simply stop tolerating, what you are pretending not to notice. Skip any that do not land. Ten minutes is enough. The last prompt asks you to read back through the year and notice what kept coming up, which is where the value of a notebook like this actually collects. Five printable formats. 114 pages.
