That is the whole format, and it is short on purpose, because the moment this takes fifteen minutes it stops getting done. Most days end with a clear memory of what went wrong and a vague sense that not much went right. That is not an accurate account of the day, it is just how attention works. Writing three specific things corrects for it. And a win is not an achievement here: you replied to the email you had been avoiding, you went for the walk, you did not send the message you drafted in anger.
